  • High-probability A+ trade setups

  • Structured risk management principles

  • Live trade discussions and idea sharing

  • A supportive community of traders at different experience levels

The mission of Stock Traders Pit is simple:

Help traders improve decision-making, protect capital, and trade with structure instead of emotion.

Who is Stock Traders Pit for?

Stock Traders Pit is designed for:

  • Swing traders

  • Investors who want structured trade logic

  • Traders who value community accountability

Whether you trade intraday or swing positions over multiple days, the focus is on high-probability setups and disciplined execution.

What Makes Stock Traders Pit Different?

Unlike many trading groups that rely on hype, unrealistic claims, or constant upselling of new systems, Stock Traders Pit is built on structure, discipline, and collaboration.

This is a community-first environment where members:

  • Share trade ideas and market perspectives

  • Collaborate during live trading sessions

  • Support each other through wins and losses

  • Focus on continuous improvement rather than quick wins

Stock Traders Pit does not guarantee profitable trades. No indicator, system, or community can eliminate risk. Instead, the focus is on:

  • High-probability A+ setups

  • Structured entry, take-profit, and exit logic

  • Capital preservation

  • Risk management first

  • Long-term trading development

There are no inflated promises and no pressure to buy additional “secret” systems. The goal is simple: build better traders through structure, accountability, and shared experience.

TradingView Indicator FAQs

What is the STP Elite Trading System Indicator?

The STP Elite Trading System Indicator is a professional-grade TradingView indicator developed for members of Stock Traders Pit. It is designed to help traders identify high-probability setups through structured technical analysis, AI-enhanced modeling, and disciplined risk management.

Rather than relying on a single indicator or simple crossover strategy, STP Elite integrates multiple layers of analysis, including:

  • A+ CALL and PUT signal logic based on confluence

  • Trend and momentum alignment filters

  • Dynamic support and resistance levels

  • Structured Take Profit (TP) targets

  • Exit signal guidance

  • Optimization modes for scalp, intraday, swing, and position trading

The purpose of the STP Elite indicator is not to generate random alerts, but to help traders make structured, rule-based decisions with defined entry and exit frameworks.

It does not guarantee profits and does not eliminate risk. Instead, it is designed to improve consistency, discipline, and trade management for serious traders.

Why am I getting a Runtime Error on bar 10044?

The most common issue is that the chart isn't on ETH (extended trading hours), so there are too many candles, and the session logic is trying to analyze too many data points and doesn’t initialize. Change the chart session from RTH to ETH. If that doesn't work contact Stock Trader Pit for additional troubleshooting.

Can I use this indicator for trading stock or is it only for Options?

Yes, the TradingView STP Elite Trading System Indicator can be used for trading both stocks and options. The indicator is built on structured price action, momentum, support and resistance, and AI-enhanced modeling. Because it analyzes the underlying chart, it works on:

  • Individual stocks
  • ETFs (SPY, QQQ, etc.)
  • Options (based on the underlying stock chart)
  • Intraday and swing setups

Many members use STP Elite for options trading because the structured A+ signals, Take Profit targets, and Exit logic align well with short-term options strategies. However, it is equally effective for stock traders who prefer buying shares instead of contracts. The key difference is position sizing and trade management, not the indicator itself.
Whether you trade:

  • Shares for longer-term moves
  • Swing trades over several days
  • Short-term options
  • Intraday momentum

STP Elite is designed to provide structured decision support

Can I change this indicator for 0DTE, Intra-Day, or Swing Trading, etc?
Yes. The STP Elite Trading System Indicator includes built-in optimization modes that let you adjust it to different trading styles and timeframes. The goal is flexibility. STP Elite is not locked into one timeframe; it adapts to your trading approach. Regardless of the timeframe, proper risk management and position sizing remain essential. Changing the mode will increase the number of signals.

You can select from:
Scalp Mode (1-Minute) – Designed for very short-term momentum trades, including 0DTE options strategies.
Intraday Mode (5-Minute) – Ideal for same-day trades with structured entry and exit logic.
Swing Mode (15-Minute) – Built for multi-day setups with broader price movement targets.
Position Mode (30-Minute+) – Designed for larger structured moves and longer holding periods.
Custom Mode – Allows traders to fine-tune settings to their personal preferences.

Each mode adjusts internal sensitivity, filtering logic, and signal structure to better align with the intended trading timeframe.
For example:
  • 0DTE traders often prefer Scalp or Intraday mode
  • Active day traders typically use 5-minute charts
  • Swing traders may use 15-minute or 30-minute charts
How can I change the amount of A+ Call / Put symbols that appear on the chart?

When “Sync Optimization Settings” is enabled, your script is essentially forcing the optimization behavior to stay aligned with the chart timeframe logic you built. So changing the dropdown won’t visibly change much because it’s being overridden.

By unchecking Sync Optimization Settings, you’re now:

  • Free to run a 1-min chart with SWING optimization

  • Free to run a 15-min chart with INTRADAY optimization

  • Free to intentionally reduce or increase label density.

What is the ideal chart timeframe and STP Elite optimization setting to maximize signal quality and improve trading performance?
There is no magic combination that guarantees “higher returns.” What does exist is proper alignment between:
  • Chart timeframe
  • STP Elite Optimization Mode
  • Your trade duration
  • Your risk tolerance
  • Market volatility

The Optimization Mode should match the chart timeframe you are actually trading. If you mismatch these (example: 1m chart + SWING mode), you distort:
  • ML sensitivity
  • ATR projection size
  • Label timing
  • ORB gate filtering
Higher returns do NOT come from faster timeframes, more trades, or more signals. However, you could lose edge if you hesitate on 1m charts when trading high-liquidity stocks like PLTR, NVDA, SPY, QQQ, and TSLA. Our recommendation is Chart: 5 Minute, Mode: INTRADAY (5m), Trade Duration: 30 min – 3 hours, Focus: A+ setups when trading Options (Calls / Puts) on high-liquidity stocks. The 1 Minute (Scalp Mode) and 1 Minute chart time interval settings are ideal when Volatility is elevated, Trading 0DTE, News catalyst, and the first 60–90 minutes of market open. The 15m Swing Mode and 15 chart interval settings are ideal for Post-breakout continuation trades, holding overnight, and avoiding chop days.

Pro Tip:
Always check one timeframe higher for bias. If trading 5min, confirm direction on 15min. If trading 15min, confirm direction on 1H. The win rate improves significantly when signals align across multiple timeframes.

Can I disable or hide the Yesterday Trading Results table?

Yes, you can disable or hide the Yesterday Trading Results table on the indicator settings menu. To Hide the table:

  • Click the gear icon on the STP Elite indicator.
  • Go to the Inputs tab.
  • Find the checkbox labeled:
  • “Show Yesterday Trade Results panel”
  • Uncheck that box.
  • Click OK.
